Boeing and Ryanair have announced an agreement for the low-cost airline’s largest-ever purchase, with an order for up to 300 Boeing 737 Max 10 planes. The initial agreement, valued at around $40bn, states that Ryanair has ordered 150 of the jets, with options for 150 more.

Hawaiian Airlines has reached an offtake agreement to procure 50 million gallons of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) over five years from biofuel firm Gevo. Under the agreement, Gevo will start the delivery of SAF to Hawaiian Airlines’ gateway cities in California in 2029.

Aircraft developer Plana has announced that it will deliver 50 electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft to SkyTaxi, a company operated by SoraTobu Taxi in Japan. SkyTaxi is to make an order for Plana’s hybrid eVTOL CP-01, currently under development.
